General Questions
What are your office hours?
Our office hours vary by location. However, tenants have 24/7 gate access to their storage units. For office inquiries, please call (765) 216-7030 and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can I access my unit 24/7?
Yes! All of our tenants have 24/7 access to their storage units. You'll receive a personal gate code when you rent a unit, which allows you to enter the facility any time, day or night.
Do you have two locations?
Yes! We have two convenient locations in Muncie:
- Centennial Avenue: 1018 W Centennial Ave, Muncie, IN 47303
- Nebo Road: 1524 South Nebo Rd, Muncie, IN 47302
Rental & Payments
How do I rent a storage unit?
Renting is easy! You can:

Online reservations are quick and easy - just select your unit size, complete the reservation, and move in!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. You can pay online through our secure payment portal, which is available 24/7. We also offer convenient auto-pay options so you never miss a payment.
Do you require a long-term lease?
No! We offer flexible month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment required. You can rent for as little as one month or as long as you need. Simply give us notice when you're ready to move out.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the same date each month based on your move-in date. We recommend setting up auto-pay to ensure your payment is always on time. If you have questions about your due date, please contact us.
Units & Storage
What size storage unit do I need?
Unit size depends on what you're storing. Here are some general guidelines:
- 5x5: Small closet - boxes, seasonal items
- 5x10: Walk-in closet - studio apartment
- 10x10: Half garage - 1-2 bedroom apartment
- 10x15: Large room - 2-3 bedroom home
- 10x20: 1-car garage - 3-4 bedroom home
- 10x30: Large - 4+ bedroom home, vehicles

Do you offer drive-up access?
Yes! Most of our units feature drive-up access, allowing you to pull your vehicle right up to your unit door for easy loading and unloading. This is especially convenient for moving large or heavy items.
Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?
Yes! We offer outdoor parking spaces for vehicles, RVs, boats, and trailers. Our outdoor parking areas are secure with 24/7 access and video surveillance. Contact us to check availability and pricing for vehicle storage.
What items cannot be stored?
For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be stored:
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or explosives
- Flammable items (gasoline, propane, etc.)
- Perishable food items
- Living plants or animals
- Illegal items or stolen property
- Items that produce odors
Security
How secure are your facilities?
Security is a top priority at our facilities. We provide:
- 24/7 video surveillance throughout the property
- Electronic gate access with personal entry codes
- Well-lit facilities
- Perimeter fencing
- Individual unit locks (you provide your own lock)
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, you'll need to provide your own lock for your storage unit. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock or cylinder lock for maximum security. You can purchase a lock at most hardware stores or contact us for recommendations.
Is insurance required?
While not required, we strongly recommend having insurance coverage for your stored items. Your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy may cover items in storage - check with your insurance provider. We can also provide information about storage insurance options.
